India defeated New Zealand 4-0 in the 3rd match at the Indian Sports Authority stadium in Bangalore with players scoring goals at Rupinder Singh (8th minute), Surendra Kumar (15th minute), Manadeep Singh (44th minute) and Aakash Deep Singh (60th minute) .With this India wins all the 3 matches.

From the start of the match, P. R. Shreejesh’s team got an early lead. India stumbled upon using the penalty opportunity in the first minute. In the 8th minute, the penalty was converted into a goal by drag flick by specialist Roopinder. Rupinder scored four goals in the series. India made a 1-0 lead.

The hosts went on with a 3-0 lead until the break. In the 60th minute, Akash Deep Singh scored a fourth goal for the team. Having won the third match, India have made a clean sweep of the hockey Test series.
