RSS Chief Dr Mohan Bhagavath today exhorted the youth to live by sacrifices and practising peace. Hoisting national flag on the occasion of 72nd INdependence day celebrations at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra School in Bengalore, he said that our’s is a dharmik samaj, which is symbolised by Ashok Chakra.
Referring to Tilak’s sayning `freedom is my brith right I shall have it’, he said indeed in nature every species enjoyes freedom. But, he said as we are part of the society, we need to adhere to the common pricniples.
He said Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra is a `kalpavruksha’ where one can go and seek knowledge. He urged that the seeker should have positive and pure thoughts. One should not mere serve himself but dedicate towards the cause of others. Society shall remember one who has served the society not who lived for themselves and that is why we still remember Rani Chennamma, Shivaji Maharaja, Swami Vivekananda for the same reason, he added.
N Dinesh Hegde, General Secretary of the Rashtrotthana Parishat and V Nagaraj, RSS Sanghachalak of the Dakshina Madhya Kshetra, were also present.
