Vajapayee health turns critical

Former Prime Minister and BJP’s tallest leader Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s health turns critical this evening. He was admitted in AIIMS on June 11 and since then he is under constant medicare. He is now on ventilator.
 
Knowing about his worsening health condition, Prime Minister Narendra Modi rushed to AIIMS in the evening and enquired doctors about his health condition. Earlier, BJP president Amit Shah and host of BJP top leaders also rushed to the hospital.

He was admitted to the premier institution on June 11 with a kidney tract infection, chest congestion, urinary tract infection and low urine output. A diabetic, the 93-year-old BJP leader has one functional kidney and was put on dialysis.He also developed dementia after suffering a stroke in 2009.
