Surgical Strike 2.0 :Yeddyurappa confident to win 22 seats

The stunning IAF surgical strike 2.0 against Pakistan-based terror group, causing massive destruction to dreaded terror group JeM is raising hopes among BJP leadership to gain electorally in the ensuing Lok Sabha polls. The BJP leadership, that was practically shattered in Karnataka following its `Operation Lotus’ was collapsed, is now cultivating new hopes.

Former chief minister and state BJP chief BS Yeddyurappa couldn’t hide his raising hopes stating that after surgical strike BJP is sure to win 22 of 28 seats in the state.

Moreover, state BJP leadership is also worried over Congress-JD(S) alliance, which would most likely make BJP’s position miserable in the state. But, now Yeddyurappa claimed that India’s pre-emptive strike on JeM terror camps in Pakistna’s Balkot has resulted in a wave in favour of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

He expressed confidence that the surgical strike will help the party win over 22 out of 28 seats in the state in upcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2019. “Day by day the wind is increasingly blowing in favour of BJP. This action of destroying terror hideouts by entering inside Pakistan has resulted in a pro-Modi wave in the country, the results of which can be seen in coming Lok Sabha polls,”  he added.

Presently, the BJP is holding 16 Lok Sabha seats, while Congress is having 10, followed by JD(S) 2.
