Hyderabad April 1: Bangalore based Indian Economic Trade Organization (IETO) along with Asian Arab Chambers of Commerce (AACC) organized annual Asian Arab awards at Hyderabad where 24 countries participated.
The awards saw around 500 delegates from all over the world with 35 awardees from the Asian anArabab continent. There have been more than 800 nominees and the achievers have been selected by an international jury. This year’s partner country was the kingdom of Bahrain where a large delegation led by Ms. Ahlam Yousif Janahi, President of Bahrain Business Women’s Society with 45 High Networth Investors and Business Delegates were in the event looking at building trade relations with india by exploring opportunities.
The event started with the Round Table Conference in the morning where over 40 High Profile and Government Officials introduced about their activities, business development support in their countries and development of mutual bilateral relations. During the Round table IETO Chairman Dr. Krishna Kumar IAS (RETD) mentioned “As a chairman of the organization, my goal is to build bilateral relations reach new heights between india and the arab world”
In the evening a unique award programme was conducted where awardees from japan, indonesia, morocco, bahrain, oman, srilanka, kuwait, saudi arabia, turkey, bangladesh, nepal, djibouti, russia, vietnam, china and other countries were present. The event also saw many people from the royal family including HRH Princess Fay Jahan Ara of the Rach Foundation, HE Rounak, Grandson of Nizam of Hyderabad, Nawabzaada Mohammed Asif Ali of Arcot and other Counsul Generals, Honourary Consuls and other Well known dignitaries.
The evening saw a fashion show by Noted Bahrain and Saudi Arabian Designers Amal Mansour who also launched their new brand in india. The event also saw the promotion of Bochelli Wines entering india
The event was organized by Bangalore based Indian Economic Trade Organization (IETO) headed by Dr. Asif Iqbal whose mission is to impact the policy, regulations and legislative environment so as to stimulate balanced economic, industrial and social development.
