Odisha’s ruling BJD alleged in a complaint to Election Commission, that Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan had prevented government officers from conducting their election duty of checking his helicopter, on Monday.
In his complaint, BJD leader Surendra Kumar referred to news telecasted by several television channels, where it was seen that Pradhan misbehaved and prevented government officers from checking his helicopter and a sealed suitcase which was being done as part of the normal election duty checking. BJP demanding strict action against Pradhan.
However, Pradhan alleged that the local police misbehaved during the search. “The local police misbehaved, and I complained. That was it. I complied with the checking and they did not find anything,” he said.
