BJP general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya, who is said to be very close to BJP chief Amit Shah has cautioned today that West Bengal will become like Jammu and Kashmir, if TMC supremo and chief minister Mamata Banerjee is not outsted from West Bengal.
“If Mamata ji stays, Islamic State (ISIS) can enter West Bengal anytime. It’ll become like J&K. It is because of her appeasement politics that people related to terror activities have made their base in the border-states & ISIS threat is proof of that,” said the BJP leader, while talking to reporters during a roadshow in Howrah.
Notably, Vijayvargiya’s remark comes days after Islamic State released a poster on Telegram channel of the terror organisation stating that it is planning to enter Bengal.
Meanwhile, the BJP general secretary also exuded confidence that BJP will register a thumping victory in Lok Sabha elections 2019. “On May 23 when the results are out she will have to hide her face after a humiliating defeat. BJP is winning again and there is no doubt in that,” he asserted.
