Arun Jaitley admitted to AIIMS intensive care unit

Former Finance Minister Arun Jaitley was admitted to the AIIMS here for a check-up today morning after he complained of uneasiness. Arun Jaitley was admitted to AIIMS around 10 am.

A statement put out by the hospital said the former finance minister is currently undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit under the supervision of a multidisciplinary team of doctors.

“At present, he is hemodynamically stable,” the statement said. In May this year, Jaitley was admitted to the AIIMS for treatment.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Lok Sabha speaker Om Birla and several union ministers reached AIIMS and enquired about his health with doctors.
